Tender quotations complete in all respect be submitted at Despatch Section Room No. 15, IGNOU, Regional Centre, Kolkata on or before11.06.2012 within 3.00 PM and it will be opened on same date at 4.00 PM in the chamber of Regional Director.

 

1.                  IGNOU Regional Centre, Kolkata reserves the right to cancel the procedure of calling tender quotation and other formalities at any time any stage without assigning any reason thereof. Furthers, IGNOU Regional Centre, Kolkata reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning thereof.

2.                  Tender received after the stipulated date & time shall be summarily rejected.

3.                  Maintenance and service related works must be done in time.

4.                  The contract shall be valid for a period of one year and may be extended for one year on mutually agreed terms and conditions.

5.                  Campaigning in any respect, regarding quotation will disqualify the eligibility of the applicant.
