Notice inviting “Expression of Interest for Empanelment of Advertising Agencies"

 

 

Indira Gandhi  National Open University, Kolkata Regional Centre, invites “Expression of Interest” from established, reputed and reliable  with INA accredited “Advertising Agencies” having their head  office at Kolkata with minimum five years  standing in the field and will be able to handle all types of publication work in “Newspapers”. The agencies should  have a strong infra structural and organizational  basis. Agencies interested in Educational Institution publication and can give efficient and dependable service at a very short notice should only apply as per Proforma.

 

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

 

Agencies who are desirous  of empanelment are required to submit the following documentary  evidence  in support of their statement along with their application.

 

1.    Companies profile and experience in the field.

 

2.     INA Accreditation.

 

3.   Minimum 3 years  experience of press advertisement and publicity work of   

      Central/State Govt., University  Colleges  and schools.

 

4.   Turnover of last 3 years supported  by the copy of the Balance Sheet

 

5.   Income Tax and Sales Tax clearance  certificate.

      Sealed application  completed in all respect and addressed to “The Regional Director, IGNOU, Kolkata Regional Centre, Bikash Bhavan, North Block,4th Floor, Salt Lake,Kolkata-700091” should reach(Room no.7) by 6th May,2010 within 15.00 hours. The envelope should be marked as “Application for Empanelment of Advertising Agencies”

The sealed application will be opened at about 15.30 hours on the same day.
